The Filo’s are dedicated to providing an excellent Mediterranean dining experience to the Las Vegas locals and will continue the traditions established by this location Hedary’s. We are excited to serve to you the food you have grown to love here at Hedary’s.
There is one inexhaustible aspect of everyday life that never dulls, namely the simple pleasure of eating and dining.
Freshness and quality it’s our goal we use only extra virgin olive oil & 100% pure vegetable oil. All of our sauces and marinades are made from scratch in house we try to keep it authentic same as original recipe from back home recipe.
